prp & Biofiller
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) is a non-surgical treatment that uses the body’s natural healing properties to rejuvenate skin and promote hair growth. There are three different types of PRP treatments ;
PRP Injections , PRP Microneedling & Biofillers, all which have different benefits and uses but are all derived from your own blood.
By concentrating platelets from the patient’s blood, PRP boosts collagen production and improves skin texture, addressing concerns like fine lines, acne, scarring, and hair thinning. It can be applied to areas such as the face, neck, and scalp for natural, lasting results with minimal downtime.
Biofillers are a more advanced form of PRP, processed into a thicker gel that restores facial volume, contours, and stimulates collagen production. Both PRP and biofillers offer safe, effective, and gradual rejuvenation, harnessing the body’s natural growth factors for long-term benefits.
PRP Injections & Microneedling
how it works
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) injections and microneedling offer two effective approaches to skin rejuvenation. PRP injections begin by drawing the patient’s blood, separating the plasma rich in growth factors, and injecting it into targeted areas of the skin or scalp. These injections stimulate collagen production, improve skin texture, improve scarring, help improve dark circles and promote hair growth, with minimal downtime and gradual results.
Microneedling uses a device with tiny needles to create micro-injuries in the skin, while PRP plasma is applied as a serum during the process. This allows the growth factors to penetrate deeper, enhancing collagen production and skin regeneration. Combined, these treatments address fine lines, acne, scarring, and uneven texture, with microneedling helping to improve absorption and boost overall skin rejuvenation. Both options are natural, effective, and deliver long-lasting results.
Results from PRP therapy typically start to appear within 1 to 4 weeks post treatment as collagen production increases, with optimal results developing over several months. The effects can last up to 12 to 18 months, and a series of 2 to 3 sessions, spaced about 4 to 6 weeks apart, is often recommended for the best outcomes.
Biofillers
Biofillers are a natural alternative to synthetic dermal fillers, created by processing PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) a second time to form a thicker, gel-like substance. This advanced form of PRP is used to restore volume, contour facial features, and rejuvenate the skin.
Unlike traditional fillers, biofillers stimulate collagen production over time, providing both immediate volume and long-term skin regeneration.
They can be used on most areas of the face, such as (but not only) the temples. cheeks, jawline, and under the eyes, but are not recommended for the nose or lips. Biofillers offer a safe, all-natural solution for a youthful, refreshed appearance with minimal risk of allergic reactions or side effects.
